THE O’S ARE MAKING LOW-RISK/HIGH REWARD MOVES THAT HAVE BLACK FANS INTERESTED

Black baseball fans: Are you paying attention to the low-key moves made by the @orioles heading into Spring Training? The O’s signed former first-round picks Nick Gordon @flashgthe3rd & Jordyn Adams @jordynadams10 to minor league contracts.

Both players are low-risk pickups with huge potential. Gordon is looking to return to his 2022 form in Minnesota where he batted 272/316/427 in 136 games. The key to that stat is 136 games. Gordan must stay healthy. Adams made his pro debut in 2023. He only has 28 total MLB games in two seasons. He batted 261/333/386 in 123 games in Triple-A last season.

Rumor has it that they are pursuing World Series champion Jack Flaherty @jflare to be a top rotation guy. And the O’s still have the Captain of Charm City Cedric Mullins @cedric_mullins, on the last year of his current contract.

Don’t look now, but there may be even more of a reason for Black baseball fans to support one of the most exciting teams in MLB in 2025.
