He played for an MLB-leading 14 teams. And he is a founding Board member of the Players Alliance.

The Players Alliance is focused on correcting inequities within baseball at every level. Edwin believes direct action in underserved communities is crucial to this work. The Players Alliance is also working to eliminate the barriers that cause many Black players to be overlooked and ultimately underrepresented in our game.
